Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping with Oeleven Fragrances. We strive to create unforgettable olfactory experiences. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue swiftly.

​1. Return Eligibility
​To be eligible for a return and a full refund, please ensure that:
​The item was purchased within the last 3 days.
​The perfume remains unopened, unused, and in its original cellophane packaging (if applicable) with all tamper-evident seals intact.
​You have the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Note on Fragrance Testing: We highly recommend trying our fragrances via our official discovery sets or sample vials before committing to a full-sized bottle. Opened full-sized bottles cannot be returned or refunded.

​2. Damaged or Defective Items
​If your bottle arrived damaged, leaking, or with a faulty atomizer, please accept our sincere apologies. We will replace or refund it immediately.
​Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
​Email our concierge at [oelevenscents@gmail.com] with your order number and a clear photograph/video of the damaged item.
​Once verified, we will issue a complimentary replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.

​3. The Refund Process
​Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
​Approved Refunds:
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or digital wallet).
​Processing Time:
Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.

​4. Shipping Costs
​Standard Returns: If you are returning an unopened item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
​Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (damaged or incorrect product), O11 Fragrances will cover all return shipping and exchange costs.

​5. Non-Returnable Items
​The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
​Discovery Sets, sample vials, and individual travel sprays.
​Products purchased during limited-time vault sales, clearance events, or marked as "Final Sale."
​Bottles that have been unsealed, sprayed, or used.
